[주택 빌라 인테리어] Y Villa in Baohuwan of Yinchuan Return to the Nature of Residence

This villa locates in Yinchuan, Ningxia of China, which is an individual five-storey house for a family of three generations.
중국 닝샤의 린촨에 위치한 별장 주택으로, 3대 가족이 함께 사는 5층짜리 개인 주택입니다.
Commissioned for this project, SUNSON decided the architectural and interior design concept after discussion with the owner -- planning the layout in accordance with the living demands of the three generations and adding with furniture and artworks from Italy. As functional demands being the beginning and also the meaning of all designs, the design has taken a people-oriented approach which specially focuses on the overall style and humanistic feelings. And also considering the space utilization and people’s experiences, the design has abandoned traditional complicated decorations and simplified the interior as much as possible. Building size, spatial scale, function set, etc., all are served for the family of the space.
이 프로젝트를 위탁받아, SUNSON은 소유주와의 논의를 거쳐 건축과 인테리어 컨셉을 결정하였습니다. 3대의 생활 방식에 따라 배치를 계획하고 이탈리아의 가구와 예술품을 추가하였습니다. 기능적으로 모든 디자인의 시작이자 의미이기도 한 이 디자인은 전체적인 스타일과 휴머니즘적 감정에 특히 초점을 맞춘 사람 중심의 접근법을 취하게 되었습니다. 또 공간 활용과 사람들의 경험을 고려해 기존의 복잡한 장식을 버리고 인테리어를 최대한 간소화했습니다. 건물 크기, 공간 규모, 기능 세트 등 모두 가족을 위한 공간이 제공됩니다.
This interior design has kept to the aesthetics of modern simplicity which is finished with clear white surfaces, complemented with wooden furniture to enrich the spatial emotion and add warmth to the space. Italian modern classic furniture is perfectly fit to different functional spaces, giving the quality of the space and also reflecting the owner’s personality and fashion consciousness. While other custom-designed furnishings also combine function and aesthetics and blend in the whole space.
인테리어 디자인은 현대적 단순함의 미학을 지켜왔으며, 투명한 흰 표면으로 마감되었으며, 나무 재질의 가구로 보완되어 공간적 감성을 풍부하게 하고 공간에 온기를 더해줍니다. 이탈리아의 모던 클래식한 가구는 다양한 기능성 공간에 완벽하게 맞으며, 공간의 우수성을 제공함과 동시에 소유자의 성격과 패션의식을 반영합니다. 다른 맞춤형 가구도 기능 및 미관을 융합하여 전체 공간에서 어우러집니다.
The first floor is set as the public area for family communication and guest reception, including living room, tea room, Chinese and Western kitchen and restaurant, chess and card room and other functional divisions. The designer has used simple and clear design techniques to fully present the architecture’s original beauty of simplicity and elegance. And without any decorations for showing off, every space is designed based on the nature and function so as to create a comfortable and relaxing environment.
1층은 거실과 다도실, 중식 양식 부엌과 식당, 체스와 카드방, 기타 기능 등 가족소통 및 손님접대를 위한 공용공간으로 설정되어 있습니다. 디자이너는 단순하고 명확한 디자인 기법을 사용하여 단순함과 우아함의 독창적인 아름다움을 완벽하게 표현하였습니다. 그리고 뽐내기 위한 어떤 장식도 없이, 모든 공간은 쾌적하고 편안한 환경을 만들기 위해 자연과 기능을 바탕으로 디자인되었습니다.
In the surface design, the designer Mr. Pan Jun always tends to choose simple materials without any excessive decoration. The nature of residence is to live but not to exhibit. Except the restaurant and living room have used common gray marble for the background decoration, all interior walls are covered in exterior wall coating materials. As the designer said: It is moisture resistant and corrosion resistant, and it could also be wiped by wet cloth when gets dirty. And in the lighting design, except a modern metal ceiling lamp has been used in the double-height living room to create the sense of space, other areas all use the LED spotlights, which could fully meet the demand of dining, tea drinking, reading, etc.
외적인 디자인에서, 디자이너 Pan Jun씨는 항상 지나친 장식 없이 단순한 재료를 선택하는 경향이 있습니다. 주거의 본질은 살기는 하지만 전시하는 것은 아닙니다. 식당과 거실을 제외하고는 공통의 회색 대리석을 사용해 배경을 조성하였으며, 모든 실내의 벽은 외부 벽의 자재에 코팅만하여 마감재로 사용되고 있습니다. 설계자가 말한 대로 다음과 같습니다. 내습성과 내식성이 있으며, 더러워졌을 때 젖은 천으로 닦을 수도 있습니다. 그리고 조명 설계에 있어서는 이단으로 된 천장의 거실을 공간감을 창조하기 위해 현대적인 금속 재질의 천장등을 사용한 것을 제외하고는, 그 외 영역들은 모두 LED 스포트라이트를 사용하는데, 이것은 식사, 차 마시는 것, 독서 등의 생활을 충분히 충족시킬 수 있습니다.
The villa is equipped with elevators. The three generations have their own private and independent living spaces while sharing the public areas together. The second floor is designed for the seniors. It has a very clear layout that takes the long corridor as the central line, and sets reception area, study, bedrooms and other areas in its two sides. Compared with the first floor, this floor uses more wood materials in walls which creates a more warm-living atmosphere. And all the furnishings and accessories are in harmony with the overall environment with fully respect for the individual needs of the seniors.
빌라에는 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있습니다. 3대는 공동공간을 함께 공유하면서 개인적이고 독립적인 생활공간을 갖고 있습니다. 2층은 윗 세대들을 위해 설계되었습니다. 긴 복도를 중심선으로 삼고, 리셉션 영역, 서재, 침실, 기타 구역들을 양쪽으로 설정하는 매우 명확한 배치를 가지고 있습니다. 이 층은 1층에 비해 벽체체 목재 소재를 더 많이 사용하므로 더욱 따뜻한 생활 분위기를 연출합니다. 그리고 모든 가구와 부차적인것들은 연장자 개개인의 요구를 충분히 존중하여 전체적인 환경과 조화를 이루고 있습니다.
The third and fourth floor are the living space of the owners and their sons and daughters. Entry from the elevator, the left is the customized hidden shoe cabinet and wardrobe. Organization and storage is always an essential living requirement, and good design should not only meet the needs, but also blend in the overall aesthetics and ensure the ventilation in the long-term usage. And the right is the activity area for children, in which the top-like Magis Spun Chair will bring a great fun to them.
3층과 4층은 주인과 그 아들딸들의 생활공간입니다. 엘리베이터에서 진입한 왼쪽은 숨겨진 슈즈 캐비닛과 의상실입니다. 정리와 수납 공간은 항상 필수적인 생활적인 요구 사항이며, 좋은 디자인은 요구를 충족할 뿐만 아니라 전체적인 미학에서 조화를 이루며 장기적인 사용에서 공기의 환기를 보장해야 합니다. 우측은 어린이들을 위한 활동 구역입니다. 이 곳에서 Magis Spun 의자가 아이들에게 큰 즐거움을 가져다 줄 것입니다.
Entry directly from the corridor, one can feel the progressive sense of space and the beauty of symmetry of the original structure. In the middle of the corridor between the living room and the open restaurant, there is an installation which makes the space vivid. In the end of the restaurant and the corridor are a series of Russian artists’ s oil paintings from the owner’s collection. The personality of the owners thus gets further revealed in the private areas.
복도에서 바로 진입하면 공간감과 본 구조의 대칭의 아름다움을 느낄 수 있습니다. 거실과 오픈 레스토랑 사이의 복도 한가운데, 공간을 생생하게 만드는 설치물이 있습니다. 식당 끝과 복도 끝에는 소유주 컬렉션에서 나온 러시아 화가들의 유화들이 줄지어 서 있습니다. 따라서 소유주들의 개성은 사적인 영역에서 더 많이 드러나게 됩니다.
Considering the active instinct of children, the designer has customized a long table in the living room which could be used for reading, storage and so on. The owner could enjoy their moment while seeing the children play freely in the independent area on the other side. It is in such small details of the customized house that truly reflects the humanistic care of design.
아이들의 능동적인 본능을 고려해, 디자이너는 거실에 있는 긴 테이블을 맞춤화했습니다. 그것은 독서, 보관 등에 사용될 수 있습니다. 주인은 아이들이 다른 쪽의 떨어진 지역에서 자유롭게 노는 것을 보면서 그들의 순간을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 디자인에 대한 휴머니즘적인 배려가 반영된 맞춤형 주택의 아주 작은 디테일에 담겨 있습니다.
With a skylight bringing natural light inside, the family could enjoy the sunshine and the starry sky together in the independent kitchen and restaurant on the fourth floor, which also adds more warm feeling and imagination to the living space.
실내에 자연광을 가져다 주는 하늘빛과 함께 4층 독립주방과 레스토랑에서 가족이 함께 햇살과 별빛의 하늘을 즐길 수 있어 생활공간에도 따뜻한 느낌과 상상력을 더했습니다.
Bedroom is the place which needs to bring more comfort and relax. The designer has abandoned the excessive decoration and made the space get rid of restriction. Putting the bed in a place where the owner could enjoy the outdoor views at once getting up, the design has created an interactive experience between human and the environment.
침실은 더 편안하고 휴식을 취해야 하는 장소입니다. 디자이너는 과도한 장식을 버리고 공간을 제약에서 벗어나게 했습니다. 주인이 한 번에 야외 풍경을 감상할 수 있는 곳에 침대를 배치한 디자인은 인간과 환경 사이의 상호작용적인 경험을 만들어냈습니다.
The nature of the architecture is to realize “poetic dwelling”. And it is the mutual trust and appreciation between the owner and the designer which makes the perfect expression of the design concept -- “simplicity is the most beautiful”, and finally creates a totally “customized” house from architecture to interior decoration.
건축의 본질은 "시적 주거"를 실현하는 것입니다. 그리고 그것은 소유자와 디자이너 사이의 상호 신뢰와 감사로 디자인 컨셉을 완벽하게 표현합니다. "단순함은 가장 아름답습니다." 그리고 마침내 건축에서 실내장식에 이르기까지 완전히 "주문 제작된" 집을 만듭니다.
