[오피스 인테리어] A Bulgarian Office local identity against global trends
FIRM : Think Forward
A Bulgarian office is a project for designing the interior space of a warehouse administrative part of a Bulgarian logistics company in the food industry. The universal formula for a successful office design (open plan + globalized design + biophilic design + game zones) in the particular dynamic work environment with little human resource has proven to be unsustainable. This is why the project adopts a counter-approach which we called “local identity against global trends” based on several key points:
Bulgarian office는 식품 산업에 종사하는 불가리아 물류 회사의 창고 관리 부분의 내부 공간을 설계하는 프로젝트입니다. 인적 자원이 거의 없는 특정 동적 작업 환경에서 성공적인 사무실 디자인(오픈 플랜 + 글로벌 디자인 + 바이오필릭 디자인 + 게임 존)을 위한 보편적인 공식은 지속 가능하지 않다는 것이 입증되었습니다. 이러한 이유로 이 프로젝트에서는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 핵심 사항을 기반으로 "글로벌 동향에 대한 로컬 아이덴티티"라고 하는 역접근 방식을 채택하고 있습니다.

- Visual integration + acoustic isolation against open plan;
- 시각적 통합 + 개방형 레이아웃에 대한 음향 격리(방음);
- Integration of existing natural factors against artificial interior green accents;

- Meditation against game zones.
- 게임 존에 대항하는 명상 공간.
CONTEXT
The office is located in Burgas northern industrial zone nearby Vaya Lake. The warehouse glass façade provides a remarkable view to the rich lake biodiversity and creates a prerequisite for a pleasant work process and meditative breaks.
사무실은 Vaya Lake 근처의 Burgas 북부 산업 지역에 있습니다. 창고 유리 파사드는 풍부한 호수 생물의 다양성을 볼 수 있는 놀라운 경관을 제공하며 즐거운 작업 과정과 명상적인 휴식 시간을 위한 전제조건을 만들어 줍니다.
FUNCTION
The structure of the working process determines the architectural plan, which includes a foyer, two separate offices for the managers, one shared - for the employees who are in constant communication, a kitchen office. The spaces are separated by glass partition walls and glass bricks that provide visual connection and acoustic isolation.
작업 과정의 구조는 건축 계획을 결정합니다. 여기에는 매니저들을 위한 두 개의 별도 사무실, 한 개의 공유된 사무실, 즉 지속적인 커뮤니케이션, 주방 사무실이 포함됩니다. 공간은 유리 칸막이 벽과 유리 벽돌로 분리되어 있어 시각적 연결과 음향 격리(방음)를 제공합니다.
CONCEPT
The functional is executed within the concept of the Bulgarian tradition. During the last two decades the company has been a reliable partner of Bulgarian food manufacturing businesses. The sense of stability and trust, combined with the efficiency of new technologies, is implemented in the collision between modern industrial office design, inspired by the warehouse architecture, and the sustainable Bulgarian values. The tradition is updated and recreated in the 21st century while preserving its meaning and artistic value. In the space between the existing industrial floor and the wooden ceiling cladding, contemporary office furniture are harmoniously mixed with product designs from the TrEdition furniture line.
기능은 불가리아 전통 개념 내에서 실행됩니다. 지난 20년 동안 이 회사는 불가리아 식품 제조 사업의 믿을 만한 파트너였습니다. 안정감과 신뢰감은 새로운 기술의 효율성과 결합되어, 창고 건축에서 영감을 얻은 현대 산업 사무실 설계와 지속 가능한 불가리아적 가치 사이의 충돌에서 구현됩니다. 그 전통은 그 의미와 예술적 가치를 보존하면서 21세기에 업데이트되고 재현됩니다. 기존 산업용 바닥과 나무 천장 외피 사이의 공간에 현대 사무용 가구들이 TrEdition 가구 라인의 제품 디자인과 조화를 이루고 있습니다.
TrEdition
Handmade cement floor tiles are integrated in the industrial floor. We created the MAKAZ TILES to encode the message of the traditional Bulgarian element “makaz” of harmony and equilibrium. The simple graphic design of the MAKAZ tiles allows different pattern arrangements. The MAKAZ pattern welcomes visitors and invites them to the architectural narrative. The foyer includes a reception desk made of wood and technical stone, a waiting area, a metal ladder. The heavy Bulgarian gate is transformed into elegant wooden doors 3.10m high, which mark the entrances to the glass offices. The latter are a laconic setting for business meetings and a place for informal friendly conversations, where the main focus is the PARALIYA TABLE. We created this product to incorporate the collective power of the small round traditional Bulgarian table that united the family. The modern geometric design of the desk and the storage system made of metal vertical elements and MDF shelves hide traditional joints. The DIKANYA SIDEBOARD recreates the raster of the old farming tool and preserves the original Bulgarian value of hard work. The shared workspace follows the design logic and continues visually the metal storage system, the flooring and the ceiling finishes. The center of the room is marked by the MAKAZ tiles. Wooden desks providing eight permanent workstations are equipped with cabinets and hanging racks with built-in lighting.
핸드메이드 시멘트 바닥 타일은 산업용 바닥에 융합되어 있습니다. 우리는 MAKAZ TILES를 만들어 화목과 평형의 전통적인 불가리아 요소인 "makaz"의 메시지를 부호화했습니다. MAKAZ 타일의 간단한 그래픽 디자인으로 다양한 패턴 정렬이 가능합니다. MAKAZ 패턴은 방문객을 환영하고 건축적 이야기로 초대합니다. 로비는 나무와 석재로 만든 접수대, 대기실, 금속 사다리 등이 있습니다. 무거운 불가리아 성문은 높이 3.10m의 우아한 나무 문으로 탈바꿈해 유리 사무실로 들어가는 출입구를 표시합니다. 후반부는 비즈니스 미팅의 간결한 설정이며 비공식적인 우호적인 대화를 위한 장소이며, 주요 초점은 PARALIYA TABLE입니다. 가족을 하나로 묶은 작고 동그란 전통 불가리아 식탁의 집단적 힘을 통합하기 위해 만든 상품입니다. 모던한 기하학적 디자인과 수직 메탈 요소와 MDF 선반으로 만들어진 스토리지 시스템이 기존의 이음매를 숨깁니다. DIKANYA SIDEBOARD는 오래된 농기구의 희미한 이미지를 재현하고 불가리아식 노력의 원래 가치를 보존합니다. 공유 작업 공간은 설계 논리를 따르고 시각적으로 금속 스토리지 시스템, 바닥 및 천장이 마무리됩니다. 방의 중앙은 MAKAZ 타일로 표시되어 있습니다. 8개의 고정된 작업대를 제공하는 목재 책상에는 캐비닛과 조명이 내장된 선반이 설치되어 있습니다.
